refactor: split shared mockFindUnique into settings/usage mocks in quota tests
All checks were successful
Deploy API Server / build-and-deploy (push) Successful in 43s

- userAiSettings.findUnique → mockSettingsFindUnique
- userAiUsageDaily.findUnique → mockUsageFindUnique
- Eliminates order-dependency of mockResolvedValueOnce chains
